Wire Inspection

Ken-tron takes pride in producing close tolerance, high quality wire.

Our drawn wire is constantly inspected at all phases of production and all Ken-tron wire goes through our final inspection for correct diameter, spooling, labeling and all other customer specifications.

Our test equipment can verify the chemical composition of the wire, surface quality, roundness, tensile properties and the weight required to stretch vs. the breaking weight of the wire. The straightness of the wire and the weight required to bend the wire to a determined degree can also be verified to meet exacting requirements.

Our rigorous quality control system allows us to qualify for AS 9100 and ISO 9001-2000 Certifications .
