Metal stamping and forming in high volume productions are the core of our business, however Ken-tron Mfg., Inc. also offers many secondary processes. These include design assistance; prototyping and short run manufacturing, part finishing, assembly services and specialty packaging. In design assistance and review, the supplier can assist with concepts, manufacturing costs, manufacturing techniques and material considerations. Ken-tron may also be able to assist in upgrading or redesign, re-evaluate or modernize existing products to increase performance and/or reduce manufacturing costs.

Prototyping, Short Run Production, Tumbling, Deburring

Ken-tron Mfg., Inc. provides prototyping and short run production for concept or market testing or product introduction cycles. Part finishing includes such services as tumbling, deburring, annealing, heat treating, plating, and coating.

Tool and Die Services

Ken-tron Mfg., Inc. designs and builds all the tools used in our precision metal stamping processes. Ken-tron has complete tool room facilities for the building and maintenance of close tolerance tools and dies. The following is a partial listing of equipment:
