When wire forming, Ken-tron Mfg., Inc. fabricates wire into shapes such as clips, springs, pins and rings with four-slide and multi-slide machines. Our wire forming operations are capable of producing a wire form with a diameter of up to .125 inches.
U.S. Baird Forming Machines
Ken-tron uses U.S. Baird Forming machines ranging from #00 four slides to #28 multi slides. We manufacture a number of wire-form parts such as: reed blades, reed switches, straight cuts, lead pins, S-bends, Z-bends, hair pins, and others.
