Haynes 25 (L605) High-Temperature Alloy Wire for the UK & Europe

Ken-Tron supplies Haynes 25® (L605) wire, a cobalt–nickel–chromium–tungsten alloy, designed for applications requiring high temperature strength and superior oxidation resistance. We deliver to customers in the UK, Europe, and worldwide, serving sectors including aerospace, power generation, medical, weaving, springs and others.

Iron ≤ 3.0 %
Manganese 1.0 – 2.0 %
Nickel 9.0 – 11.0 %
Phosphorus max 0.04 %

Sulfur max 0.03 %
Tungsten 14.0 – 16.0 %

Standards reference: AMS 579 (widely recognised in aerospace supply chains in the UK, EU, and US); Temper “Hard” 200-270 ksi / “Soft” up to ~185-200 ksi.
